Role Overview

Responsible for generating admission leads through field marketing activities, local outreach, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate a minimum of 30 quality leads per day through field visits.
• Conduct BTL activities, promotional campaigns, and local events.
• Build relationships with parents, preschools, coaching centres, and local communities.
• Identify new opportunities for student admissions.
• Coordinate with telecallers and counsellors for lead follow-ups and conversions.
• Maintain daily activity reports and achieve assigned targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
