Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and nurture a strong network of relevant stakeholders — including media contacts, analysts, and influencers
• Devise and implement short- and long-term strategies to achieve client and organisational goals
• Oversee all public relations activities, manage media inquiries, and collaborate effectively with leadership
• Stay ahead of PR trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for clients
• Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations, leveraging deep industry knowledge
• Conceptualise and execute impactful PR events, campaigns, and initiatives
• Coach, mentor, and delegate effectively — helping team members identify growth areas while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Establish, refine, and implement PR policies and procedures

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Journalism, or Finance
• Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
