Job Description

• Handle patient relations, enquiries, and feedback professionally.
• Assist patients and attendants with registration, appointments, and hospital services.
• Manage patient concerns and coordinate with respective departments for timely resolution.
• Support front-office operations and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain patient records and assist with daily reports as required.

Requirements

• Relevant hospital experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-friendly attitude with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle patients and attendants professionally.
