ProRealty is the online first real estate brand of ConsultNcorpTrain, a Mysuru partnership firm since 2012. We serve property owners, buyers and housing society members across Mysuru, Bengaluru, Mandya, Ramanagara and Hassan.

Role Description The Property Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore. This role involves managing day-to-day property operations, including coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, responding to tenant inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance requests. The specialist will handle lease administration tasks such as preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease documents and records, and tracking key dates and compliance requirements. Responsibilities also include supporting rent collection and billing processes, maintaining accurate property and tenant data in internal systems, and preparing regular reports for management. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, as well as engaging with prospective tenants to provide property information and support basic sales activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Property Management and Lease Administration skills to manage daily operations, lease documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Candidates should possess Sales and basic negotiation skills to support tenant acquisition, renewals, and promotion of available units.
• Relevant experience in property management, real estate operations, or facilities coordination is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are required.
• Comfort with using property management or CRM software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mysore and collaborate in a team environment, with a professional and ethical approach to client service.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant experience.
