Project Supervisor

• Location: Mumbai (Preference for candidates already based here)
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory
• Experience: 3-10 years of project management exp in structured cabling industry
• Education: ⁠12th/Any Graduate/Diploma/ BE/ - Electrical/Electronics
• Certifications:
• Design, Installation, testing from OEMs (preferred)
• PMP from PMI Institute (preferred)
• Tools: Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, MS Visio
• Job Type: Full-time, Work from office or customer site
• Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
• Timings: India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM, can change based on project requirements)

Job Description

We seek dynamic and results-oriented Project Supervisor to join our growing team of 250 professionals to manage network cabling projects for Fortune 500 companies and Hyperscale Data Center clients.

Responsibilities

• Will be required to independently lead a team of tech/project resources for a time-bound project completion, handling of site dependencies, customer/PMC/Consultants' coordination, timely reporting and updates to stakeholders
• Must have a proven Project Handling Track Record in large Structured Cabling projects with 2,000 - 5,000 nodes and Data Centres Infra
• Should be able to lead a team of 20-40 technical staff and vendors
• Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
• Should have basic knowledge of BIM models
• Be willing to travel across India on short notice based on project requirements
• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
