Qualification & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MS Project + PMP Certification with minimum 15 to 20 years experience in Civil Construction Projects.
• Computer literate.
• Civil Engineering products and suppliers knowledge, including supply chain management.
• Technical knowledge of R.C.C/Finishing works for High Rise Buildings.
• Planning and sequence of works execution.
• Technically oriented and proactive

Desired Profile

• Management of site staff and all contractors involved in the construction activities.
• Inspection and execution, especially from the aspect of quality, progress and use of value added materials, resulting in economy.
• Overall communication and interaction with architect, RCC consultants, contractors, staff and top level management etc.
• Scrutinize the bills of all contractors and suppliers.
• Preparing tender documents including quantities take off of each project for each and every construction activity.
• Age upto 45 years.
