Job Role

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Total Execution of civil & structural work.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Understand architectural and structural drawings for execution.
• Drawing analysis from civil to finishing work for starting execution at site. Analysis of civil/structural/plumbing work as per approved project execution.
• Prepare project execution schedule with detailing in various processes.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Supervise and direct construction Engineers and subcontractors.
• Audit and analyses project milestones and depict financial impact of each milestone.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Overview Material reconciliation.
• Estimation of material and manpower requirements.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Proficient in use of bar charts, cash flow charts to monitor project progress.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements and coordinate with HO to obtain permits and licenses wherever required
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Recruit Project Managers and Engineers
• Regular conversation with top management and team of architects/engineers and consultants.

Required Candidate profile

• The Candidate must be from Large Residential & Commercial project only.
• Proven track record in managing and drive large construction projects comprising of large technical team
• Proven working experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Familiarity with construction management software packages
• Ability to plan and see the "big picture"
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• BE degree in Civil-construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.Role & responsibilities.
