Experience Required: High Rise Building Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project completion within the approved budget and timeline.
• Monitor daily progress and review DPRs and project reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal departments.
• Ensure quality standards and construction specifications are followed.
• Implement site safety procedures and statutory compliance.
• Monitor material procurement, manpower planning, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks and take corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
