Title: Project Manager

Experience: 10-15 Years of experience in Real Estate.

Location: Begur, Bengaluru.

Job Description

• Lead the execution of high-rise residential towers from foundation to handover,
• ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
• Oversee all construction activities including civil, structural, finishing, MEP
• coordination, and facade works.
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings; ensure proper implementation on-site.

Supervise site engineers, supervisors, safety officers, and subcontractors.

• Allocate resources and manage daily work planning and progress tracking.
• Ensure workforce productivity, adherence to work schedules, and proper task delegation.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
