Project Manager - Plumbing

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all plumbing installations are performed safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
