**Hiring: Project Manager Municipal Projects (PMC & PCMC)**

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 8–15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Construction Management or related field

Industry: Infrastructure / Government / Municipal Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of PMC & PCMC projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress using MS Project/Primavera.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, BOQs, billing, contracts, and compliance.
• Ensure quality, safety, statutory approvals, and timely project delivery.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Lead site teams and oversee vendor/contractor performance.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Infrastructure, Smart City, Roads, Water Supply, Utilities, ICT, Electrical, Surveillance, or Urban Development Projects.
• Knowledge of PMC/PCMC tender procedures and Maharashtra Government procurement guidelines.

Certification

• PMP / PRINCE2 (Preferred)
