Project Manager (Interior Designing Industry only)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior design and fit-out projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and supervise on-site activities.
• Track procurement, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
• Resolve site-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project closures, snag rectification, and final handover processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of interior execution processes, materials, and site management.
• Experience handling residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
