Job Description & Responsibilities

Role: Project Manager

Experience & Core Requirements: 8+ years relevant experience. Fluent in English (oral and written). Must pass Bank selection committee interview and complete background verification (BGV).

Technical Skill Set: Overall delivery, governance, and management of 15+ technical resources across AD, Exchange, M365, SharePoint, Skype, VMware, DNS, ADFS, CA. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Bank, SLA adherence, incident/problem management, DR drills, RBI advisories, MIS reporting.

Required Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner / ITIL Managing Qualified AND relevant Microsoft Expert-level certifications
