Role Description The Project Manager – Home Interiors will oversee end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, from initial planning to final handover. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves coordinating with designers, vendors, and installation teams, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. The role includes monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, resolving operational issues, and keeping clients informed with clear, regular updates. The Project Manager will also ensure adherence to safety guidelines, maintain documentation, and continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with design and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage inventory, transportation, and on-site material flow efficiently.
• Relevant experience in home interiors, construction, or fit-out project management is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred; professional certifications in project management are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
