PROJECT MANAGER

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Building Construction Works.
• Candidates having experience in Government / Institutional / Commercial Building Projects will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution and management of the construction project.
• Preparation and monitoring of detailed work programme and construction schedule.
• Coordination with Client, Consultant, Architect, Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Supervision and monitoring of civil, structural and finishing works.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and planned schedule.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery and other resources at site.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate inspection, measurements, billing and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements at the project site.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Responsible for timely completion of the project as per contractual requirements.

Experience Required

Minimum 10 Years – Building Construction with all MEP services

Location: Bhubaneshwar, ODISHA., Madhypradesh (Shivpuri), Uttrakhand (Rishikesh)

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
