Project Manager Civil

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall execution and successful completion of construction projects, ensuring time, cost, quality, safety, and client requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management and coordination of site execution.
• Plan and monitor project schedule, milestones, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with Client, PMC/Consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP works.
• Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, drawings, and resources.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and project costs.
• Review subcontractor performance and work progress.
• Identify delays, variations, and project constraints and take corrective action.
• Conduct site/progress meetings and prepare project reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, snag clearance, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure proper project documentation and timely closure.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years experience in construction/project management.
• Experience with a main contractor/turnkey contractor preferred.
• Hospital/institutional/commercial project experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction, drawings, BOQ, planning, billing, and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
