Project Manager – Civil (Site Head)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil to act as the overall Site Head for our civil construction project in Aligarh. In this leadership role, you will take full ownership of daily site execution, contractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day site operations, workflow planning, and resource deployment from project kickoff through completion.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, and site staff to ensure strict adherence to design specifications, engineering standards, and project schedules.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce stringent quality control protocols, material testing standards, and site safety regulations.
• Timeline & Budget Control: Monitor project progress against milestones, track material consumption, manage costs, and prevent budget overruns.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between executive management, client representatives, architects, structural consultants, and site teams.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed daily site logs, progress reports, and measurement sheets for billing and audit purposes.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction, with at least 3–5 years serving as a Site Manager or Project Head.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in structural construction, site execution, reading structural/architectural drawings, and bill verification.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing site labor, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Location: Must be willing to be based full-time on site at Aligarh.
