Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibilities of all operational matters related to the projects.
• Must have good technical knowledge and experience in the field of Water &Waste Water Industry.
• Having hand own experience in Projects Execution, Project Coordination, Project Handling, Installation & Commissioning, Team Handling and Managerial Quality.
• Planning and managing all available resources and field activities to achieve an efficient and economic completion of the project within the planned time period at budgeted cost.
• Coordinate and liaison the projects related issues with the Teams/Consultants/Clients and other concerned Authorities at Sites.
• Provide support to Team on technical matters and direct them to achieve timely completion and targeted profitability by offering highest possible quality work and services.
• Ensuring the quality of work and review of progress report of team on all the Projects.
• Coordination with contractors/subcontractors for executing and completing the work as per Planning and committed timing.
• Stand as a guide & mentor to Managers & Teams members for all the activities of Projects Team for achieving successful completion and for development of team members.
• Submission of MIS report to Directors - Project wise as per schedules and as per management requirements time to time.
• 100% Responsibility of Projects Execution with control and monitoring methods, periodic review of each activity, gap analysis and taking suitable action for improvement of self and team.
• Programming and monitoring the Projects activities weekly/monthly basis with internal and external clients, contractors and vendors.
• Able to manage highest quality standards, and having good knowledge of recent trends and technologies in the Industry.
• Development of vendors and finding suitable new vendors.
• Good financial IQ for managing inflow and outflow by reviewing commercial and financial matters with departments, clients and vendors with advance intimations to management on critical points.
• Initiate & Compliance of Code of Conduct/Disciplinary Action Policy for all team members.
• Plaining & Coordination with other departments like Marketing, Procurement, Finance & Accounts, Works, Services, Design & Proposals etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
