Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise building construction projects from foundation to finishing.
• Handle piling, basement, excavation, foundation, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works.
• Supervise brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing activities.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, labour, and materials.
• Handle estimation, BOQ, quantity surveying, measurements, and RA bills.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and material consumption.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with clients and consultants.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction execution, estimation, billing, and site management.
• Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
