Project Manager – Civil (Mivan Shuttering)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil with strong expertise in Mivan/Aluminium Formwork (Shuttering) for high-rise residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution, planning, team management, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects (G+10 and above)
• Lead and supervise Mivan shuttering/formwork activities
• Plan and control project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with IS standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve execution challenges
• Ensure timely completion of structural and finishing activities

Eligibility (Mandatory)

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Mandatory experience in Mivan/Aluminium formwork (high-rise buildings)
• Must have handled complete project execution independently
• Must know English, Telugu and Hindi

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of RCC, Mivan shuttering cycles, and high-rise construction
• Experience in team handling, contractor management, and planning
• Good leadership and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
