Project Manager – Civil Kozhikode (India)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure delivery within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage construction activities from execution to handover.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and site engineers.

Monitor schedules, budgets, materials and manpower requirements.

Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.

Conduct progress reviews and resolve site execution issues.

Report project progress, risks and corrective actions to management.

Candidate Requirements

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

8–10 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Robust knowledge of construction execution, quality control and project planning.

Robust leadership and contractor coordination skills.
