Project Manager CivIl (Industrial)/Senior Site Engineer

Company: JP Group (PMI Electric Bus Plant Project) Location: Ghiloth Industrial Area, Neemrana (Rajasthan) Role: Project Manager – Industrial Civil & MEP Execution Preference: Retired Govt / PSU / Defence Engineering Personnel (CPWD, PWD, RITES, IRCON, Railways, Electricity Boards, etc.) The Project Manager will be responsible for overall site management, civil infrastructure development, structural erection, and utility installation for the greenfield PMI Electric Bus manufacturing plant project at Ghiloth, Neemrana. Project Planning & Execution: Lead and monitor end-to-end site construction, civil layout, pre-engineered building (PEB) structure, flooring, and electrical utility installations as per approved blueprints. Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise civil contractors, MEP agencies, material suppliers, and equipment vendors to ensure work meets quality specifications and timelines. Quality & Cost Control: Monitor daily progress, manage site budgets, verify bill clearances, and enforce strict Quality Assurance (QA/QC) standards. Progress Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track material inventory, and report delays or discrepancies directly to the Project Manager. Measurement & Billing: Take site measurements, verify contractor running bills (RA bills), and maintain site registers. Special Preference: Retired Assistant Engineer (AE) / Junior Engineer (JE) from Govt/PSU engineering departments or experienced industrial project site engineers.
