Project Manager (Building Construction)

We are searching a experience Project Manager to oversee our Government building construction Project. Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and successfully delivering government building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of government building construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Coordinate with government departments, client representatives, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
• Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, site instructions, inspection records, progress reports, minutes of meetings, variation orders, and correspondence.
• Coordinate government inspections, statutory approvals, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Experience: Min. 10 years experience in Govt. building construction projects (CPWD/PWD, NBCC/RAILWAYS etc.)

Salary: 30,000-70,000/ month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
