Job Description & Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager – Interior & Finishing Works

Experience: 12+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage projects from commencement to final handover.
Supervise interior works, civil finishing, flooring, false ceilings, painting, carpentry, partitions, glazing, and MEP coordination.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project specifications.
Monitor project progress, quality, costs, resources, and timelines.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, procurement, and site execution.
Ensure finishing quality, snag rectification, and timely project handover.
Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or PMC.
Strong hands-on experience in interior execution and finishing works.
Experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects preferred.
Strong skills in project management, contractor coordination, cost control, and planning.
