Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in managing high-rise and commercial construction projects. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues that arise.
