About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Program Success Manager to drive successful implementation and customer satisfaction across partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead school onboarding, training, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Build strong relationships with school leaders, administrators, and SIOs.
• Monitor program usage, student progress, and learning outcomes.
• Manage school accounts and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Drive engagement, retention, and renewal of school accounts.
• Use data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular school visits within a 150 km radius.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience; academic operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schools and solve operational challenges.
• Willingness to travel approximately 18 days per month.
• Passion for education and student outcomes.

Benefits: ₹15,000/month travel reimbursement for work-related travel.
