About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Program Success Manager to manage our partner-school relationships, support program implementation and drive adoption and engagement. The role involves working closely with school leaders, teachers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with schools, principals, teachers and other stakeholders.
• Handle school onboarding, program implementation and ongoing support.
• Conduct teacher training, product demonstrations and orientation sessions.
• Drive program adoption, engagement and effective utilization across partner schools.
• Visit schools regularly to provide on-ground support and resolve challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Monitor program performance, customer satisfaction and student engagement.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with school stakeholders.
• Update CRM records, reports and dashboards.
• Support customer retention, renewals and long-term school partnerships.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Education, EdTech, Teaching, Training, Customer Success or Program Management.
• Teaching or training experience is required.
• Fluency in Telugu is required.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with teachers, principals and school management.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work independently in the field.

Important Note – Mandatory RequirementsTravel is mandatory for this role. Candidates must be comfortable travelling approximately 18 days per month to schools within Hyderabad and its surrounding areas, covering a radius of around 150 km.

Telugu language proficiency and teaching/training experience are mandatory requirements.
