Role Description The Professional Real-Estate role at Smoothdream1 is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysore. The role involves actively assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, including conducting property visits, explaining features, and guiding clients through the decision-making process. Daily tasks include maintaining property listings, following up with leads, responding to inquiries, and preparing basic documentation to support real estate transactions. The professional will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate property information, smooth negotiations, and timely closures. This role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, staying informed about local market trends, and representing Smoothdream1 with a professional, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including understanding property types, local regulations, and market trends.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Real Estate Development, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and supporting project or property development initiatives.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including empathetic communication, problem-solving, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Relevant experience in real estate brokerage, property consulting, or related fields is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Mysore, manage multiple clients and properties, and handle time-sensitive tasks reliably.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and property listing platforms; familiarity with documentation and contracts is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if compensated by relevant experience.
