## About the Role

We are seeking a technically proficient professional with hands-on experience in agrochemical formulations manufacturing, R&D process scale-up, and plant integration. The role involves scaling laboratory processes to industrial production, process optimization, technical problem-solving, and managing contract manufacturing partners.

## Key Responsibilities

• Manage the process from laboratory development to commercial production.
• Work with R&D teams on process optimization, modifications, and pilot-scale trials.
• Lead transition from commercial pilot to plant-scale implementation, ensuring technical feasibility and reliability.
• Work with manufacturing teams to optimize processes and resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee daily plant and project activities across manufacturing sites.
• Ensure manufacturing follows Atomgrid’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track plant operations data and prepare daily reports.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deviations and report findings to management.
• Manage day-to-day operations with contract manufacturing partners.
• Resolve on-ground manufacturing and technical issues.
• Oversee raw material receipt, in-process quality checks, and finished goods dispatch.
• Represent Atomgrid on-site, ensuring process integrity, quality, and confidentiality.
• Maintain plant records, BMRs, assessment reports, and process documentation.
• Ensure processes are executed consistently and deviations are addressed promptly.

## Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in agrochemical formulations manufacturing.
• Diploma, BSc, MSc, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong exposure to contract/job-work manufacturing of herbicides, insecticides, or fungicides.
• Good understanding of EC, SC, WP, and WG formulation processes.
• Familiarity with plant operations, technology transfer, process scale-up, and plant records.
• Ability to prepare plant operation reports, BMRs, and site assessment reports.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across India for commissioning and manufacturing activities.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Agrochemicals, or a related field.
• 3–5 years preferred in R&D process scale-up, formulation manufacturing, and plant integration.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, go-getter approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
