Production Engineer

• Ensure availability of materials for production. Follow up the production plan to ensure adherence to the process parameters.
• Ensure the production as per the quality standards.Ensure waste minimisation. Measure production process to determine variation in quality parameters.
• Ensure routine maintenance of equipment and identify emerging problems and communication.Routine checkup of machines & equipments as per the checklist and inform maintenance department for avoiding downtime
• Able to implement the production schedule.
• Quality check of soles by Conducting cup test & FRD (Free Rising Density) test by hourly basis. Random checking of product validation of random cases and informing Operation Management lead & UMC on daily shift basis.
• All process register and process report updation
• Check fitment of the product on daily basis/ Check the die as per the checklist/Ensure the rejection falls below the norms.
• Production details to be recorded in shift logbook and google drive before the shift ends. Record machine details, material and chemical into the system as per production
• Preparation of Active List of Mould Inventory on Monthly basis
• Approval of Weekly Shift Schedule of Workforce. Compilation of Product Weight Report (month wise) and Establish and maintain housekeeping standard that meet or exceeds the overall plant standards.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
