Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager

Key Role

• To provide marketing support and thereby ensuring increase in prescriber base and market share for assigned brands.
• To coordinate with designated country heads and provide support for common marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of annual brand plan for allocated brands which includes formulating strategies through brand reminder inputs and other special brand specific campaigns to increase market share. (Includes coordination with graphic team, medical team, and purchase team)
• Coordination with Vendors to timely deliver designed inputs.
• Conducting cycle meeting and explaining various marketing strategies and product related concepts.
• To review & drive implementation of designed campaigns which includes identifying current market trends and growth opportunities. Thereby monitoring brand performance
• Planning and execution for World mental health day (international observation day)
• To prepare launch plan/kit for assigned brand by coordinating with medical and graphic team.
• Country guardianship role are as follows:
• To coordinate with the designated country & deliver country specific conference/ DGM requirements
• Plan, approve and coordinate for Local procurement of inputs country wise
• Discuss with country manger & business head regarding inputs. Plan and execute the consignment.
