Product Manager (E - Commerce)

Job highlights

• Establish and drive the product strategy and vision for our e-commerce site.
• Own the e-commerce website and work directly with the internal team, external clients and consultants to understand the goal.
• Work with the internal team to develop the best solution.
• Manage new product development and feature roadmap from planning to implementation by collaborating with cross functional teams, including Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Graphic
• Design, Merchandising, and Finance and Operations

Coordinate for all the phases of Product Development Cycle- sprint planning, UAT testing, hypothesis definition, project management, product marketing and QA reviews

• Lead the implementation and optimization of key features such as product discovery, checkout, payment methods,

transactional emails, general order management, return management to improve the customer experience

• Generate detailed documentation and requirements- Convey by creating effective user stories, functional requirements,

wireframes and/or mockups
