Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. The position of Product Executive/Assistant Product Manager/Product Manager involves product planning, conducting market research, and market analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and support sales strategies. Responsibilities also include analyzing product performance, communicating product positioning, and keeping track of competitors' activities to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate product performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Market Analysis to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills to relay product strategies and updates clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Experience or knowledge in Sales to support and collaborate with sales teams effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
