Product Designer – Motion, Illustration & UI/UX

📍 Remote / Hybrid | 💼 Full-Time or Contract

We build digital products ranging from consumer apps to enterprise platforms across web, iOS, and Android. We’re looking for a versatile Product Designer who can bring together motion, illustration, and UI/UX to elevate the quality of our products.

What You’ll Do

• Motion Design: Create transitions, micro-interactions, loading states, onboarding animations, gestures, and success states.
• Illustration & Character Design: Develop visual assets for product experiences, onboarding, empty states, and marketing.
• UI/UX Design: Design end-to-end user flows, from discovery to final screens, including error states, offline experiences, permissions, and restricted access.
• Design-to-Development Collaboration: Deliver production-ready Lottie or Rive animations, motion specifications, and design tokens.
• Design Systems: Build and evolve scalable design systems across multiple products and platforms.

Must-Have Skills• Motion: Proficiency in After Effects, Lottie (Bodymovin), and/or Rive, with a strong understanding of timing, easing, performance, and reduced-motion accessibility.

• Illustration: Strong vector illustration skills using Illustrator, Figma, or Procreate.

Experience with both playful consumer visuals and clean enterprise aesthetics is essential. Character design is a plus.

• UI/UX: Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variables, and prototyping. Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, responsive web patterns, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Platforms: Experience designing and shipping products for both web and mobile.
• Experience: At least 3 years in product, motion, or visual design, supported by a portfolio of shipped work.

Nice to Have• Familiarity with animation implementation using React Native (Reanimated, Lottie), SwiftUI, UIKit, Jetpack Compose, CSS, or Framer Motion.

• Experience designing enterprise or B2B dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and admin tools.
• Knowledge of 3D design, Spline, brand identity, or marketing assets.
