Role Overview

This role will suit a senior operations professional who can diagnose complex problems, bring teams together around solutions, and ensure that new systems are embedded—not just documented.

📍 Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

💼 Work mode: Full-time, on-site

⏳ Experience: 10+ years

💰 CTC: Up to ₹16 LPA, based on experience and fit

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify organisation-wide operational priorities.
• Lead structured reviews of existing workflows, roles, gaps, and decision-making processes.
• Develop future-state processes that improve quality, speed, visibility, accountability, and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition and process design to piloting, implementation, and review.
• Define process owners, decision rights, service expectations, and escalation pathways.
• Develop practical SOPs, operating manuals, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Work with relevant teams to design trackers, and operating reviews.
• Identify implementation barriers and adapt processes based on feedback and operational evidence.
• Maintain a prioritised pipeline of improvement initiatives and report progress to leadership.
• Build a culture of ownership, process discipline, learning, and continuous improvement.

Experience and capabilities

• 10+ years of experience in process excellence, business operations, programme operations, transformation, or organisational development.
• Experience leading the team of 40+ growing organisation.
• Strong skills in process mapping, root-cause analysis, project planning, change management, and performance measurement.
• Experience in the development, research, consulting, or social-impact sector is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, written communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
