Presales Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Pre Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting online product demonstrations, explaining ERP features to prospective clients, addressing customer queries, and supporting the sales team throughout the follow-up process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills and be comfortable engaging with clients through virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Explain ERP features, functionalities, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and address product-related queries.
• Handle client interactions professionally through calls and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of product demos, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Update and maintain customer information and activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective clients as required and support the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Demo, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting online meetings and virtual product demonstrations.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual communication tools.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and maintaining customer records.
• Experience in ERP, SaaS, or EdTech is preferred.
• Customer-focused, confident, and comfortable speaking with prospective clients.
• Ability to work effectively with the sales and internal teams.
