Plant Finance Manager

Location: Manufacturing Plants

Reports To: Financial Controller Functional); Plant Head (Administrative)

Team Size: ~3-4 per plant

Position Overview: Manages plant-level accounting, cost control, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain plant accounts and vendor payments.
• Monitor material, utility, and yield variances.
• Manage plant budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure GST/TDS and local statutory compliance.
• Support audits and monthly closures.

Profile

• Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com.
• Experience: 8 -12 years in plant finance.
• Traits: Hands-on, disciplined, operationally astute.
