About the Role

URC Construction is seeking an experienced and dynamic Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities for large-scale construction projects. Candidates with data centre project experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare project baselines, resource plans, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Client teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track project milestones, critical paths, and productivity metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project progress presentations for management.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contractual commitments.
• Lead planning reviews and support management decision-making through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the civil engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning and controls within the construction industry.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

✅ Experience in data centre/building construction projects is highly preferred.

✅ Knowledge of project control tools, cost monitoring, and reporting systems.

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
