NFCI – Hotel Management & Culinary Institute is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as:

Position: Placement Manager

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Key Responsibilities

• Manage student training & placement activities across campuses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Hotels, Hospitality Groups & Industry Partners
• Coordinate campus placements, interviews, job drives & recruitment events
• Develop internship and placement opportunities for students
• Coordinate with campus teams, students and recruiters for smooth placement processes
• Maintain placement MIS, reports and industry databases
• Support students with career guidance, interview preparation & employability skills

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in Training & Placement / Campus Recruitment

✔ Strong communication & relationship-building skills

✔ Strong coordination, networking and negotiation abilities

✔ Willingness to travel as required
