Job Description

  • 1 year experience in PHP (preferably vTiger), MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel, able to create pivot tables and charts
  • Comfortable with 10-hour shifts in a 24x7 operation, 5 days a week

Job Responsibilities

  • Must have a stable WiFi connection for remote work if necessary.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations within Kolkata as needed after shifts.
  • 1 to 2 years of PHP support experience.
  • Ability to understand customer issues and provide swift resolutions via various communication channels.
  • Experience working in a multi-team environment.
  • Proficiency in categorizing issues/tickets and promptly contacting necessary team members.
  • Strong reporting skills for daily/weekly/monthly reports and escalating issues as needed.
  • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in articulation and writing.
