Role Description The Photographer and Video Editor role at Stocks Vision Academy is a part-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing photos and videos that support educational content, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up lighting and camera equipment, capturing high-quality visuals during classes, events, and studio sessions, and editing footage to create clear, engaging instructional and promotional materials. The team member will collaborate with instructors and marketing staff to understand content goals, align visuals with brand guidelines, and prepare media assets optimized for various digital platforms. The role also includes managing media files, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of completed photo and video projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in photography, including composition, lighting, and camera operation.
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing using common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Ability to create visual content tailored for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and online courses.
• Basic knowledge of sound recording and audio editing for video content.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Capability to collaborate with educators and marketing teams, and to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.
• Comfort working on-site in Bhopal and managing photographic and video equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prior experience in educational, media, or marketing environments is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree in photography, film, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
