Pharma Telesales Executive | BDM Role | Freshers Welcome

We are actively hiring for the role of BDM – Pharma Telesales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in pharma sales and customer interaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Explain pharmaceutical products and services to customers
• Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Update customer data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
• Freshers are welcome
• Target-driven and confident personality
• Immediate joiners preferred
