Pharma Sales Specialist

## About the Company

Pee Safe & Within is looking to expand its pharma sales vertical in the women’s hygiene, intimate care, and gut health categories.

## About the Role

This is a builder role where you’ll create the pharma sales vertical for Pee Safe and Within from scratch, taking our products into the hands of gynaecologists, clinics, hospitals and IVF centres across the country. Your mission: forge strategic partnerships with HCPs, drive share of voice for our products, and turn it into repeatable business that powers this vertical. You’ll negotiate deals, open new channels and grow the business with full ownership and a direct line to leadership.

## Key Responsibilities

• Build the vertical from the ground up
• Generate leads across gynaecologists, hospitals, IVF centres, nutritionists, corporates and gifting resellers
• Build decision-maker relationships and position the right Pee Safe and Within offerings
• Drive revenue through OGHI, CXO Protocols, and clinic and hospital integrations
• Own the pipeline and hit monthly targets for meetings, opportunities and revenue
• Turn field insights into go-to-market strategy

## Requirements

• 8+ years in pharma sales, ideally with gynaecologists
• Comprehensive understanding of pharma sales, gifting and distributor sales
• Proven ability to build partnerships and negotiate contracts
• Strong scientific acumen and value-based selling to HCPs
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with leading Indian/MNC pharma companies, women’s health companies, or Ayurveda/wellness brands.
