Personnel Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Personnel Executive to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various labour laws and regulations, including the Factory Act, while managing personnel functions effectively. This position requires a proactive individual who can navigate the complexities of employee welfare and statutory compliance, ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities regarding compliance matters.
• Provide support in resolving employee queries related to compliance and personnel functions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR and management to promote a positive workplace environment.

Required Skills
