We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing & Operation Intern

📍 Location: Panchsheel Park, New Delhi

💼 Work Mode: Work From Office

🕙 Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM

💰 Stipend: ₹15,000/month

We’re looking for someone who wants hands-on experience in performance marketing and understands the basics of Meta Ads.

What you should know

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Campaign, ad set and ad structure basics
• Basic understanding of creatives that work for performance ads
• Ability to create AI-generated static ad creatives
• Ability to create/edit AI-generated video ads
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI creative tools
• Good understanding of Instagram/Facebook content and D2C advertising
• Willingness to learn, test and move fast

You’ll work directly on real campaigns, create performance-focused ad creatives, test new concepts and learn how paid marketing works for a growing D2C brand.

Freshers are welcome if you have the skills and can show us some of your work.
