Performance Marketing Manager - 3 Months Contract

mFunnel.ai - AI marketing platform looking for a full-time, Bangalore-based Client-Facing Performance Marketing Manager to manage a portfolio of clients.

You will be leveraging our proprietary AI-Powered Process / Products to scale campaigns while maintaining world-class, rapid-response client relations.

⚡ Crucial Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Hyper-Responsive Client Management (5-Min TAT): Client satisfaction is our highest priority. You must acknowledge all client messages within 5 minutes, immediately setting clear timelines for resolutions or updates.
• Advanced Technical Mastery: You must possess an in-depth, hands-on understanding of advanced digital marketing infrastructure, including:
• Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
• Google Performance Max (PerfMax) & Google Search
• Offline Conversion Tracking
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) architecture
• AI-First Mindset: You will be expected to heavily integrate AI tools (including MCP – Model Context Protocol, API-level integrations, and LLMs) across all stages of your workflow: planning, execution, creative optimization, and reporting.
• Bilingual Excellence: Native or completely fluent professional communication skills in both English and Hindi (written and spoken) are mandatory for client interactions.
• Financial Accountability: Full ownership of client billing, budget tracking, and pacing management to ensure zero overspends and accurate invoicing.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end performance and strategy for a dedicated bunch of clients using our AI-driven systems.
• Act as the primary, highly responsive face to your assigned clients.
• Build, audit, and troubleshoot complex tracking setups (GTM, CAPI) to ensure flawless data attribution.
• Constantly prompt, iterate, and build upon AI workflows to automate reporting and optimize ad spend.
