Performance Marketing Lead (Meta) (Delhi)

About Us

Yadom Life is a functional wellness brand we started at Vamayra Global. Our first product went live in August and is already selling on our website, Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Tata 1mg and JioMart. It picked up the Amazon's Choice badge within weeks.

From November we're launching a new product every couple of weeks. We need a senior person to own paid growth on Meta and scale it as the portfolio grows.

The role

• Own Meta ads end to end: strategy, budgets, account structure and scaling
• Set the creative testing roadmap and direct our design and content team on what gets made
• Build the launch playbook for every new product in the pipeline
• Own the numbers: ROAS, CAC, contribution margin and blended efficiency
• Work directly with the founders on growth, offers and pricing

You'll be a good fit if you

• Have 2+ years running Meta ads for Indian D2C brands, with a track record of scaling accounts profitably
• Have managed large monthly budgets and know what breaks when spend goes up
• Think in business outcomes, not platform metrics
• Can build and lead a team as we grow

Experience with wellness, personal care or FMCG launches will be a robust plus.
