Performance Marketing Executive - Meta Campaigns

Speak2University is building solutions for the B2B product ecosystem and is looking for a results-oriented professional to support its digital growth initiatives. This remote opportunity will focus on paid acquisition and campaign performance across Meta platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for B2B audiences.
• Develop campaign structures, audience segments, ad concepts, copy variations, and testing plans.
• Track key performance indicators such as impressions, clicks, leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
• Work with the product and content teams to align campaigns with business goals and landing-page messaging.
• Analyze campaign data, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare clear performance reports.
• Continuously test creatives, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to improve acquisition efficiency.

Requirements

• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and paid social advertising.
• Hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, campaign tracking, and conversion measurement.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret marketing data and draw practical conclusions.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working with B2B products, lead-generation campaigns, or SaaS marketing will be valuable.

This is a full-time remote role with a monthly compensation of ₹20,000. The selected candidate will contribute directly to growing awareness, qualified demand, and measurable acquisition for a B2B product.
