About the Role

We need a certified Lead Pega System Architect (LSA) for a major digital transformation project. You'll lead technical architecture, design scalable Pega Infinity solutions, and mentor teams while ensuring best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
• 8+ years hands-on Pega development/architecture
• Valid UK Work Visa or indefinite leave to remain (no sponsorship)
• UK-based
• Inside IR35 compliant

Key Responsibilities

• Architect complex Pega applications
• Enforce Pega Guardrails and best practices
• Translate business requirements to technical solutions
• Mentor Senior System Architects (SSAs) and System Architects (SAs)
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshooting

Required Skills

• Pega Infinity (8.x+) expertise
• Integration (REST/SOAP), Data Modeling, Case Management
