PCB Layout Engineer

We are looking for an experienced PCB Layout Engineer to design complex, high-reliability and manufacturable PCBs for IoT, industrial automation and consumer electronics. You will work on multi-layer, high-speed, mixed-signal and RF designs with a focus on signal integrity, power integrity and manufacturability. Key responsibilities: Design multi-layer PCBs with controlled impedance, high-speed routing and power optimization using Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad or Cadence Allegro; Apply DFM, DFT and DFA principles and IPC Class 2 and 3 standards; Lay out high-speed digital interfaces (DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, MIPI) and RF circuits (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, 5G, GNSS, UWB); Run signal integrity and power integrity analysis and validate stack-ups for thermal and EMI/EMC performance; Coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors; maintain design documentation and component libraries. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems or related fields; 2+ years of PCB layout and design experience, with multi-layer, high-speed and RF designs; Expertise in PCB design tools; HDI, blind and buried vias, and flex-rigid experience; Knowledge of SI/PI tools, SPICE simulation and lab validation instruments; Familiarity with PCB fabrication processes, IPC standards and EMC/EMI compliance.
